My name is Lindsay Guttormson, I live in Selkirk Mb.  I’m raising two funny kids, and wife to a very supportive husband.

Since becoming a mom, I have often placed more important priorities above my art, there were periods where art went years without being finished. The funny thing about passion for art, is that is remains with you, sitting, waiting for you to return. Mine has waited, very patiently. 

I started drawing early in my life, studying very intensely in my teen years. My artwork can span multiple styles, pencil drawing, acrylic painting, very recently I started watercolor painting.

Usually get the pencil drawings completed during the hockey practices. 😀

This is my second year having a piece chosen to represent the Interlake in the Manitoba Rural and Northern Juried Art Show (MRNJAS). I am also proud to be a member of the Interlake Artist Collective group.
