Hunting in Manitoba

Licenses are required for all big game and most game bird and waterfowl hunting in Manitoba.

To qualify for a hunting licence in Manitoba, hunters must be a graduate of the Manitoba Hunter Education Course offered through the Manitoba Wildlife Federation, or a similar hunter education course from another province or state.

The 2021 Hunting Guide is available until the Province posts a new Guide for 2022.
