Join us to learn about Long-eared owls with expert Jim Duncan.

Jim Duncan and his wife Patsy and have studied Great Gray Owls and Northern Hawk Owls in Manitoba since 1984. In 2015 he wanted to start new research on these species using nest camera traps and they ended up testing the camera on a pair of Long-eared Owls nesting close to their house. The results from this study were presented at the 2019 World Owl Conference in Pune, India, in November. Registration is required.
