Story-teller: Jamie Oliviero

Jamie is a master story-teller and an arts-in-education specialist who has worked with the Manitoba Artist in the Schools programs. He has entertained and led groups of listeners and storytellers at various locations, including the Millennium Library in Winnipeg. Most recently, he has also performed and led workshops in other parts of Canada, China and South America.

Jamie’s personal site states that his “commitment as a storyteller is to promote social justice and human rights; using the wisdom offered in traditional stories to create common ground between people of different cultures and backgrounds.
