Intro to Chair Dance is a new class offered at Glow! Gain some new found confidence in this trial dance class March 25th 5:30-6:30pm. Free for glow members (bring a friend for $10), non-members $20 drop in fee.

Intro to Shadow Work will feature Amy Potten, a psychic medium, will explore the meaning of shadow work and learn to balance the light and dark inside yourself to live a balanced life. A 2 hour workshop 7-9pm with a $35 fee.
